श्री अग्रसेन स्नातकोत्तर शिक्षा महाविद्यालय के दृष्टिकोण और मिशन को ध्यान में रखते हुए, पदम श्री एस.आर. रंगनाथन केंद्रीय पुस्तकालय की स्थापना की गई है। "इसके प्रभावी प्रसार के माध्यम से ज्ञान सृजन और अनुप्रयोग को बढ़ावा देना"।
